Edradour

Edradour Distillery was founded in 1825 in Pitlochry, Scotland by a group of farmers. It is currently owned by independent bottler Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Co. The distillery is one of the smallest in Scotland. They use traditional methods and have a capacity of only 90,000 liters per year. The whiskey-making process includes traditional copper pot stills, malted barley, and a variety of oak casks for maturation. An interesting fact is that they are one of the few distilleries in Scotland to still produce whiskey by hand.
