The Auchentoshan Distillery was founded in 1823 in Dalmuir, Scotland by John Bulloch. Auchentoshan is known for its triple distillation process, uncommon in Scottish whisky production. The whiskey-making process includes using copper pot stills, malted barley, and a variety of casks for maturation.
