Glenkinchie

Glenkinchie Distillery was founded in 1837 in East Lothian, Scotland, by brothers John and George Rate. Glenkinchie has a long history of producing light, floral, and aromatic whiskies. The whiskey-making process includes fermentation in wooden washbacks, distillation in copper pot stills, using malted barley, and maturation in oak casks. An interesting fact about Glenkinchie is that it is known as the "Lowland jewel in the Classic Malts crown."
