St George's Distillery, founded in 2006, is located in the East of England near the village of Roudham. This distillery holds the distinction of producing England's first single malt whiskey in over a century. They use locally grown barley which is malted on-site, distilled in copper pot stills, and aged in a range of cask types including bourbon, sherry, and port.
